Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies

Shipping special is for standard ground parcels for the USA only. If you received discounted or free shipping and the item(s) from the order are returned, our regular shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to returns or exchanges, if you place a new order for an exchange that qualifies for the discounted or free shipping you will again receive discounted or free shipping on the new order, however, our regular shipping will still be deducted from the original returned order. This shipping special is not valid for rocking chairs, rocking horses, custom orders or made to order items.

These charges are for ground shipping and handling which is generally 7-14 business days. All orders placed before 5:00 P.M. are processed the day placed and shipped the following morning through USPS IF they are in stock.. If your order is placed after 5:00 P.M., the order is processed the following morning and shipped the next business day.

Should you enter the incorrect shipping amount, we WILL adjust the total to reflect the correct shipping total. 

If you need PRIORITY shipping which is 2-4 day delivery there is an ADDITIONAL charge of 3.95 for this service.

If you need 2 day guaranteed shipping, PLEASE either phone us or request EXPRESS in the customer comments field. There is an ADDITIONAL 25.00 charge for this service. Items shipped EXPRESS MUST be shipped to the billing address your bank has on file for your account. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!. Please note, this guarantee of two business days is from the day shipped NOT ordered.

 

We can not be held liable for sometimes slower shipping times especially during busy holiday seasons. Once the package leaves our store, you are at the mercy of the USPS. We will give you your delivery confirmation number as soon as it leaves our shipping center.

Please be advised we DO verify all information with your bank. If you give us billing information that does not match the banks records, we will call you and ask for the correct info. If you are shipping to somewhere other than your billing address, we will call the bank and see if you have that address listed with them as an alternate shipping address. If you do not, we will not ship. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU MUST MATCH THE BANKS RECORDS. Sometimes, your bank will not verify this information or they will be closed. When this happens, there WILL be a delay until everything matches in the system. This is for our safety as well as yours.We do accept Pay Pal for your convenience but you must have a verified account with a confirmed address on file or we will not ship.

Please note, furniture can NOT be shipped Internationally.

As of 8-1-2008 we will no longer charge sales tax on orders shipped out of California!

We respect and value your privacy. We DO NOT sell or share our customer information. All purchases on this site are thru SSL for your privacy and protection.

Return Policy

To insure the quality of our items, you may return an item for a refund or replacement within 15 days of the postmarked shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Made to order items WILL incur this fee. Made to order items are baby dresses, vests etc. Special orders of 6 or more items will not be refundable. All returns MUST be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate your reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected items. Items returned MUST be intact with tags, in original packaging, NOT worn, soiled or laundered. Garments may NOT be wadded up. Shoe boxes must come back exactly as shipped-brand new. No crushed or taped shoe boxes will be accepted.  If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping amount will be deducted from returns processed for a refund.

All claims on defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of delivered merchandise. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and waiver of all such claims by buyer. Any errors in item or price must be reported within 5 days.

 No exceptions! ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS!!!!! If we receive a return after 30 days, it will be donated.

 

 If you wish to EXCHANGE an item for another size or color etc. Please follow the return guidelines and send the item back as described in the return policy with a note stating your preferences for your new shipment. You WILL be charged shipping and handling costs associated with the new shipment. OR, you may simply reorder the correct item, and when we receive your returned merchandise providing all policies are followed, we will refund your purchase minus shipping and handling. Please note, any exchanges on made to order items will incur the 25% restock fee regardless of reordering. These items include baby dresses, vests and any category that says  "MADE TO ORDER".
